Extract PDF Pages

You can tick thumbnails directly in the grid, which is ideal when you can see the pages you want. Alternatively, type into the Pages to extract field using ordinary range notation: 1, 3, 5-8 keeps page one, page three and pages five through eight. The field and the grid stay in sync, so clicking a page adds it to the text and typing a range selects the matching thumbnails.

Validation runs as you type. Page numbers start at one, ranges must begin with the smaller number, and any page number beyond the document length is flagged with a clear message. Duplicates are quietly removed, so 1, 1, 3-5, 4 produces the same result as 1, 3, 4, 5 without any awkward errors.

The extracted PDF always follows the original document order, no matter how you selected the pages. Typing 10, 3, 7-9 still produces pages three, seven, eight, nine and ten in that sequence, which is usually what you want for a coherent document. The live counter tells you how many pages are selected at any moment, so you know the scope of the output before you press download.

Selected pages are copied into a brand new PDF using pdf-lib, preserving text, fonts, links and vector content exactly as they were. Nothing is rasterised, so the output remains fully usable. Processing is done entirely in your browser: the file never leaves your device, no copy is kept on a server, and no account is required.
